Dr. Ronald Federici is now offering indepedent Russian adoptions through the Russian and Ukrainian Private Adoption Project.

Dr. Federici is one of the world's experts on the diagnosis and treatment of adopted children. He is the proud father to seven adopted children of his own.

Dr. Federici is very familar with the private adoption process, and will oversee each adoption personally.
